BOB GOODRICH PRESIDENT
Owner since 1994. Bob has been in the industry since 1982. He is a master technician with certifications in carpet and upholstery cleaning, carpet repair, odor removal, and water damage restoration as well as applied structural drying, mold damage and remediation. He believes in the power of knowledge and quality of customer service. He maintains high standards for his employees, personally hiring and training each one.
"I am always looking for ways to contribute more in the industry". Bob contributes his success to looking at his company through the customer's eyes and always strives to exceed customers expectations.
BARB McMONAGLE OFFICE MANAGER
Barb manages the daily operations of the office. From answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments to organizing and operating the daily functions of the office. She also is responsible for accounting for customers both residential and commercial.
"I look forward to assisting the customers with the scheduling appointments as well as answering any questions or concerns the customer may have".
JASON HOVIS MECHANIC
Jason started with the company in early 2007 as an assistant carpet cleaner aiding the crew chief out on the road and in customers homes. He then became a crew chief cleaning carpets with great success. His responsibilities require the maintenance of our equipment and assuring that our trucks are in working condition and maintained to operate performance
GINNY SHERWOOD MARKETING SUPERVISOR/ REPRESENTATIVE
Ginny represents both Steam Action Carpet Cleaning and Steam Action Restoration Specialists. She is in charge of all in-house and out of office marketing. She oversees the insight on all digital and social media for both companies. "I enjoy what I do! I look forward to meeting new people and networking for our company as well as building and maintaining the relationships with insurance agents, realtors and all property management".
KELLI BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Kelli helps to manage the incoming calls and also books appointments. She is best known for her friendly voice that makes all call backs to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied with our services. She states the importance of " greeting the customers with a friendly tone and making sure we are doing all we can to keep our customers happy and coming back".
